About Mike 

I help business owners build stronger companies, develop capable leadership teams, and prepare for growth, succession and ownership transitions.

 

My work is grounded in more than two decades of hands-on executive leadership. Before launching Mike Gorrasi Consulting, I led Minor League Baseball organizations across the country, with responsibility for operations, profitability, staff development, business growth and community relationships.
 

That experience taught me that sustainable success does not come from one person having all the answers. It comes from building a clear direction, establishing accountability and developing people who can lead the business forward.

Today, I work primarily with small and midsized businesses, including family-owned and closely held companies. I serve as a fractional executive and advisor, helping owners address operational challenges, strengthen leadership, make difficult decisions and prepare the company for its next chapter.

I bring a direct and practical approach to the work, but I also understand that business decisions affect people, families and long-standing relationships. My role is to help create clarity, move important conversations forward and turn decisions into action.
